User voiced issue : Play-kick/OOC chatter

Hey, I just spoke with another user concerning the whole "kicking" event last night.
I'm relaying this message to all the room mods/owners so I'm not directly targeting any one person, and I'll be following the request myself.
Play-kicking
The act of kicking other users in an OOC fashion for 'fun' or temporary humor for no other TRUE reason.
You get none, mods. No more play-kick allowance for lols unless EVERYONE in the room is in on the lols. If a user voices concern, it needs to stop, immediately.
OOC Chatter
Speaking OOC whether it does, or does not have OOC marks.
Keeping in mind that One-liners are an allowed form of RP in the room, you may NOT ask One-liners to stop what they are doing if para/multi-para starts up; with that said, if the one-liner RP-ing is too excessive to the point where it can't even really be determined as a legitimate attempt for interaction with another user, the user can be asked to 'tone it down' or 'confine' single-shot actions to slightly larger posts.
All users are welcome to make, and join the M✰DC OOC room, but the moment they become a mod of that room, they're expected to follow the same rules that we follow here. On that note, if the user that makes the room is abusing their power, another room can be made and the users will be given the option to go to that room instead. Obviously.
Input on determining OOC from One-liners is requested.
Duplicate names ARE allowed. Make sure you're the person that is being spoken to before you reply, though.

Scroll d'fuq up and see if the other-version of you is speaking with that character already BECAUSE if you don't know what the fuck is going on for that user to say what they did to you, THERE'S A GOOD FREAKIN' CHANCE IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU AND YOU SHOULDN'T INVOLVE YOURSELF.
